In the winter, hot baths are great to chase away the cold. However, they are also an aggression to your skin. Hot water removes our natural protection or the oils from our skin.

Sunscreen is also for the winter. I mean, it’s for all seasons. The winter sun damages the skin.
4- Pay special attention to your lips
OKAY! This is my biggest problem in the winter. My lips are always damaged.

5- Do not forget the hands and feet
The creams with vitamin E can help it. Use a good moisturizer for hands and feet.
